Delicious dining shines at Tamarisk NorthShore, featuring inventive cuisine made to order with equal parts fresh ingredients and attention to excellence. As with everything at Tamarisk NorthShore, it’s all about choices.

It starts with our flexible dining program, which allows you to decide how you would like to use your monthly dining credits. You can decide when to eat and how often, every day. The flexibility continues with our menu. From wood-fired pizza, to herb crusted lamb chops, to grilled vegetable wraps, to chicken piccata, you will be treated to selections on par with favorite restaurants.

Meet our Director of Culinary Services, Laura Frankel. Laura is a celebrated chef, author, and media personality with a rich culinary background—including prominent roles at The Spice House, Jamie Geller’s Test Kitchen, and Wolfgang Puck. She’s authored two Jewish cookbooks (with a third on the way) and founded Shallots Restaurant in Chicago, Skokie, and New York. Her expertise brings a special flavor to the Tamarisk community.
