My dear aunt has been a resident of Arbor Terrace Highland Park for over 3 years. All of the people who work there are both caring & conscientious to the needs of all of the residents. A special shout out to Sheri who oversees the front desk & the residents requests - she has gone overboard in assisting me with any request to make my aunts life easier and I am truly grateful for her assistance. Arbor Terrace should definitely considered if a loved one needs care as they age.

I recently toured this assisted living facility and loved the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were kind, the place was spotless, and the residents seemed genuinely happy. It felt very home-like and gave me confidence that this is a caring environment. Jeff answered all my questions and provided me with a number of contacts I would need in order to make this type of a transition happen for my Dad. We had a very nice chat and found out we had known some people in common from a long time ago. Small world :).

My father's initial reluctance at moving out of his condo is a distant memory. Arbor Terrace has been a godsend in terms of giving him others to socialize with and giving us the peace of mind to know that he is in good hands when we are traveling. While every member of the staff we've come across has been friendly and helpful, Eva, a nurse in the Wellness Department, has been particularly so when helping my dad deal with various wound care issues resulting from outpatient surgery, so a special shout-out to her. We want to nominate Sheri on Reception. We’ve known Sheri since Mother arrived at Arbor Terrace and she’s always been very helpful. And now we need her support even more because we have to connect to Memory Care (and Mother) through Sheri since Mom is no longer capable of using a phone. Sheri has always tried…even when things are very busy….to get us connected to Irene or another staff member in Memory Care. She organises our contacts and has been very supportive for as long as we’ve known her. A job well done. Sandy and Marilyn
