We just moved my uncle into Arbor Terrace’s Memory Care, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his first day. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and it really helped put our family at ease. He was all smiles, enjoyed dinner (and dessert!), and even spent time outside playing games. It’s clear he’s already settling in, and we’re so grateful for the caring, supportive team at Arbor Terrace.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Arbor Terrace Exton. From the moment you walk in the doors, you can feel the genuine compassion and care the staff provides. The building is always clean and well maintained. The staff at Arbor really take the time to get to know their residents and learn their personalities, routines and preferences. The activities team is exceptional! There is always something going on at Arbor Terrace. The residents are engaged and not sitting in their apartments. If you're looking for a special place where your loved one will be cared for with dignity, patience and heart, I wholeheartedly recommend this community.

I am a dog therapy volunteer at Arbor Terrace for 2 years now and I can’t say enough good things about this living facility. I have gotten to know all the management and even most of the staffers and they are all wonderful, caring people who enjoy their jobs. They are so welcoming to me and my dog every week and are truly delighted to see us. The residents are also delightful and engaging and light up when we visit. While my dog does his job, I get to engage with, listen to, and play games the residents. I know most of them very well and see how content and well-cared for they are. The facility is clean and beautiful; it is truly a pleasant place to be. I enjoy the environment so much that it is hard for me to leave and say good bye. I enjoy sitting in the bistro having coffee, playing card games or trivia in the activity room, and just spending time with those who are relaxing. It is always a joy to arrive and see such pleasant people and I am thankful I can enhance their living experience with the help of my dog.

My mom was at AT Exton for a year and a half in memory care until she passed in October. From the front desk, (Brittany), welcoming me, bringing my mom and me coffee when we played cards, to the housekeeping staff, (Gina-always giving mom extra hugs and attention and Susan-diligently cleaning and caring), so many of the staff went out of their way. Shout outs to Mike, med tech that never stops smiling and radiating positivity, to Christina and Lorraine, aids that gently loved and cared, and Gauri, that engaged mom in activities that surprised us all. Many there helped us through this difficult season. While perfection is illusive, at AT they were responsive to our needs and concerns in a timely manner. It is not inexpensive but seems to be the going rate for care.
