    My brothers stay here and they both love it here. The grounds and the buildings are well maintained. Customer service is available and ready to assist when needed. Also, the added social services are very helpful.

    Vivian was helpful to us every step of the way going through the considerable paperwork and other requirements. She was professional, but also friendly. The apartment was clean when we moved in, didn't have to cleanout cupboards or scrub the bathroom like most of our moves. The only thing we wish would have gone smoother was processing the paperwork after we had finished jumping through the hoops. It was almost a month. So far everyone we've met seems to like living here and they are very welcoming.

    This review is for the "ARBOR CREEK FAMILY APARTMENTS". Both sides are treated like Senior living. I wouldn't suggest this place for anyone looking for a reliable and respectable location!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The manager is Disrespectful and Dishonest. Management does not follow up on legal matters. Don't give them any funds before the apartment is guaranteed, they will trick you and keep it.If you have children they can't play outside, Not allowed! No bikes or no toys or things outside your porch...kids can't ride bikes or skates/boards at the park either! So why have a park.. You can't have more than 2 people visiting inside or outside your apartment (visitors) 😱 OMG!! No holiday/birthday gatherings. It's Not a family apartment. Might as well make both sides a SENIORS complex! If a residence has 3 people visiting - the manager sends the maintenance man to tell you, they must leave. 🚫 Don't come here.
