We had the best time visiting The Commons today for lunch and tour. Everyone was friendly, warm and invited us to their facility as if we were family. Chef Michael made us a delicious lunch assisted by Sam, Joli and Amy Karen gave us a tour and the rooms were clean, bright and spacious for assisted living They have everything..a library, movie room, hair and nail salon , areas to watch TV, play cards and bingo!

The Commons at Elk Grove truly stands out for the people who work there. Their marketing director, Karen, is absolutely amazing and so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping families feel informed and supported every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares. Nurse Barb is equally incredible. She is resident-first in everything she does and exemplifies what compassionate, high-quality nursing care should look like. Her professionalism, clinical skill, and heart for the residents bring real peace of mind. It’s clear that this community prioritizes both care and connection, and it shows through the dedication of team members like Karen and Barb. Highly recommend!

As a professional working in the senior care industry, I have toured and been to the community on a number of occasions over the years and have in the past had a family I worked with that moved their mother into this community. The community itself has such a welcoming and engaging environment and Karen the Director of Sales greets everyone with warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend The Commons of Elk Grove to any family looking for a community where their loved one will feel safe, valued, and truly at home to tour.

My father moved to The Commons about 7months ago and we both love it! My dad can be very stubborn and “rough around the edges” but every single staff member meets him where he is and treats him with respect and dignity. They go above and beyond to help him and ensure he is receiving the best care possible. I feel so secure knowing g my dad is there and being taken care of. The rooms are nice and clean and the food is great too. They have many community events and always welcome family. It’s a warm and caring environment.
