I said a four and not a five because I would say like 95 percent of the people there working are good workers and I believe they cared for my dad. Even tho he was a bear the whole time. So I owe the good workers a thank you . And to AJ you have a tough job but she was part of the 95 percent for sure. So thank you everybody

I wish I could give them a zero. There was no coordination with WellSpring Hospice. Anchor Lodge blamed WellSpring and WellSpring blamed Anchor. My mom went 13 hours with no medication. The hospice nurse left without advocating for my mom and the nurse at Anchor Lodge did nothing to help. If your loved one needs hospice care go to a hospice owned facility. Anchor Lodge appeared to be severely understaffed with nurses who did not seem well trained with hospice patients.

My friends husband was in this horrible place. All the nurses need to be fired. All they did was yell and scream at him. Took his call button and put across the room. This is sick these people are. He has cancer and he was going to die. Thank God they came and took him out of this place. They didn't even feed him. They waited half of the night before he was given his meds. Run from this place. Don't put your love ones in this place. They will not come out alive.
