I would like to say I’m so grateful for Thomas walking me through the process in getting my grandma Betty into and settled in her new home. His reassurance and Robin’s big heart has made her first couple of days less scary! This is my grandma first time being on her own and I strongly believe she’s in great hands. If you are on the fence I would suggest visiting the facility. Everyone here is super friendly and they have plenty of activities for the residents. I appreciate you again Thomas for everything! You guys are awesome!!

My dad was 100 years old when he moved to American House. The staff was great. Thomas and Nicole in the front office were so helpful during our entire stay. Thomas was able to get my dad VA benefits as he was a WWII veteran. The food was very good and was delivered by the staff if he didn’t go down to the dining room to eat. Housekeeping came regularly and did a great job. The nursing staff was so helpful and compassionate when he took ill and passed away. Lots of activities going on all the time pretty much on a daily basis. We were very happy with the whole experience and would recommend American House Hunter if you are looking for independent or assisted living!

We had to quickly find a new place for our mom due to a fall and upcoming hip surgery. We were already looking into American House and Thomas was extremely helpful. He was helpful providing various programs mom could he eligible for to help with costs. He showed me and my sister several units so we could pick the right one. The building and grounds are maintained very well and super clean. My sister and I feel our mom will love living there. Thank you Thomas for helping make a difficult life event easier.

Seems like a nice Senior Living joint. Erica was super supportive and appeared to really care about the facility. She invites you to come during mealtimes and sample the food offerings. Rooms are priced based on their proximity to the lobby. The farther away you are, the less expensive the room. They have one and two bedroom apartments. Most have walk in showers, although some have tub/shower combos. Some rooms have a door wall with patio access - again, that costs more money. There is a laundry room for residents on the second floor; or you can pay for them to do your laundry. I'll update this review in the near future.
