American House Village at Bloomfield is a beautiful and welcoming community for independent senior living. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and sense of home. The staff is friendly and caring, and the residents genuinely seem happy and engaged. My compliments to the chef—the food was absolutely delicious! I also noticed so many smiles, both from the team and the people who call this place home. It’s clear that this is a wonderful environment for seniors to live and thrive. Highly recommend!

As a vendor for American House Village at Bloomfield Senior Independent Living, we have all positive things to say about this wonderful community. The staff here are attentive and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels valued. The atmosphere within the community is warm and welcoming. There's a great sense of camaraderie, and it's clear that residents enjoy each other's company. One of the things we appreciate most is the humor that fills the air—laughter is routine, and it creates an uplifting environment. American House is a beautiful facility nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Bloomfield. We have had great experiences with the facility staff and everyone we come in contact with. Would recommend for your loved one looking for assistance and a great place to live.

My mom was in a situation where she needed to get additional assistance and managing a home was too much. American House and especially Liz Matthews was very supportive to find solutions quickly to make the transition smooth and easy. The team and residents all seem very happy and we are too.
