The staff here are truly caring and compassionate. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. They are attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. The cleanliness of the facility is absolutely amazing. The cleaners do a fantastic job keeping everything spotless, fresh, and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows throughout the entire building. On top of that, the food is great! The meals are well-prepared, tasty, and thoughtfully put together. Overall, this is a wonderful place with dedicated staff, excellent cleanliness, and enjoyable food. Highly recommended!

My own personal experience is the experience of really nice and funny residents and current employees! This place feels like home. I enjoy my waking time at Independence Villages for the warmth & settled environment that surrounds me here. Join the rest of the families here with no regrets. I enjoy new personalities and the regular family visits from big families as Front Desk for Receptionist.

What a blessing! Our family lit-up upon arrival. The residents are vivacious and delightful. The staff is attentive and helpful. This is truly an all-inclusive community. Style, CLEAN, supportive, oh, so much more. The food, three meals a day served like a top notch restaurant and the food is delicious! Fresh food. We are recommending to everyone. And affordable. Everything is newly remodeled. The apartments are exactly what we needed and more. We never expected so much! We are so happy. Just to add on, my mother in law gets so excited talking about her meals, how over the top delicious they are. All home made. It is something that she goes on in detail all the time. Also, we check in on her often. She is rarely in her room. They have activities all day, every day. She is always active. It has been six months and we are still as delighted as we were from the beginning!

We have been so pleased with Independence, Village of Waterford. They have done a wonderful job of making my dad feel welcomed and supported. The staff is caring, kind and works so hard to make sure all residents feel valued. And they work so hard to provide activities with a beautiful focus on having fun.
