I signed a contract for a one month stay for recovery for a broken femur. I paid for one month stay and said that I would be returning to my home in Arlington Va where I live. Today, I walked into the Reservation Management Office and said that I would be leaving in less than a month and taking a plane back to Arlington Va. The Reservation Manager said that I would be charged for 2 months because I did not verbally tell them I planned to leave. That is not true at all. I told them on day one that I would only stay a month. Now they say I owe for two months. That is outrageous! I called my lawyer and he agreed with me. I paid for my stay and now they are trying to jack up the price.Poor business practice! Buyer Beware!

This is not just a beautiful place, but more importantly everyone that I’ve encountered are genuinely Kind, Fun, Energetic and treat my Dad with dignity, respect and good hearted humor. It’s so hard seeing memory and physical ability decline in my Dad, however, I am incredibly grateful, and truly Thank God for him being able to be in a first class place with first class, genuine and abundant staff. This place is more than just clean, it’s everything I could want for the man I love more than life. Today Dad “played golf”, enjoyed sitting at the bakery for cold drinks and snacks, and enjoyed walking outside. There are many activities offered, the most I’ve seen in any Memory Care facility that does not feel like a “facilty” at all. My Dad believes this is his Resort, and says he loves it here!

My husband moved to Amira Choice Naples from another memory care community last August. The difference was remarkable. He is more calm and content. He loves the staff and delights in making them laugh. He enjoys the food. There are many engaging activities offered should he choose to participate. I am comfortable his physical, emotional and mental needs are being met. The staff are all efficient, pleasant and affectionate. I am confident I can always reach someone to answer any questions or concerns. It is such a comfort to me to know he is safe and enjoying the best life possible.

Love the decor at Amira Choice in the hallway on the 3rd floor Calls Lillies are my fave flowers! For an Assisted Living Facility this is one of the nicest I have ever visited!
