The community comprises 129 apartments for adults 55 and over — including studio apartments, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, and a variety of floor plans. Bradford Square Retirement is all-inclusive, providing five-star services on a month-to-month basis. A single monthly charge includes all services, utilities, phone, cable, and internet.
Spacious common areas feature a 150-seat state-of-the-art theater, library, billiards and game room, conversation areas with fireplaces, concierge lounge with bar, flat-screen TV, game tables, superb fitness and exercise room facilities, spa area, laundry facility, and business center.
Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Bradford Square Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.

My 91 mother has been living at Bradford for over a year and it’s by far the best place for her! I love that it’s all one building and they are inside to get to anything. It makes me feel like she is safe. It looks and operates like a cruise ship with a lovely dining area that serves incredible food (recently got a 5 star health rating). Their activities director goes above and beyond to make it fun and lively! Her one bedroom apartment is spacious, full kitchen and full size washer dryer. Mom was at another independent care facility before that was more expensive and didn’t provide this level of amenities.

I was very surprised on my second visit with this establishment after my original visit with my wife was not good. Perhaps the guide did not explain all the good features properly. today, I am extremely pleased with this situation with only the food Quality in question. I am not sure itis due to the change of food that we encountered, but now it appears their is hope for improvement with a new Chef. Sat. & sun. are difficult days to assess with the past wekkends not worth commenting on.

Bradford Square has been a wonderful place for my dad and mom. They lost their home during Hurricane Irma. They decided at that time to move to a Senior Living facility. Here is why it is so great: 1. Wonderful Managers - Erika and Shawn are amazing Managers. They are caring, great listeners and consider the residents as family. They also hire a staff that feels those same sentiments. 2. It is beautiful, bright and well maintained. The rooms are a decent size with lots of windows. 3. The food is good with lots of variety. It is cafeteria style, many options for meals and no waiting for food to come out. You can be there as long as you wish, or come down for a meal and leave for whatever is next. 4. Staff, Residents, Managers are friendly and kind. I highly recommend Bradford for your mom and dad. They are a great crew and a blessing to our family. Way. To. Go. On loving on the elderly...seeing them...and caring!!

Me friend lives here and loves it. Full kitchen with great meals. The activity calendar is packed and we've also enjoyed the pool area together. When looking for my next place to live, I will be moving here!
