I cannot begin to tell you how WONDERFUL this community is, for both residents AND employees. I have been employed here since the opening of Siena Lakes in July 2021. The management is excellent. They truly care for their staff. There is room to grow and advance in ALL departments if you so desire. Just put in the work and have a positive attitude! 😊👍 There is diversity at Siena Lakes, again for residents and employees. Something you definitely do not find in other CCRC’s. On a personal note, my wife and I lost our home and all our belongings in Hurricane Ian. EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE in this beautiful family-community reached out to us and provided everything we needed in this chaotic and stressful time. If you’re looking for a tight-knit FAMILY and COMMUNITY to live or work? Look no further than this GEM of a place. Thank you Erickson Living at Siena Lakes!

My dad is moving to this community and as far as I can see it's going to be a great place for him. He will meet people and he will enjoy the amenities I'm sure. It will take him a while to adjust but he will and be much better off than before.

Despite being assured by Siena Lakes that this would stop, my mother, who died in 2016, continues to this day to receive sales brochures at my address. No matter what I do, I cannot get them to stop. The sales department is completely unresponsive. I've gone over this with them on the phone and was assured this would stop, but it never does.

What a beautiful community. It’s big but no matter where I was someone was there to point me in the right direction. Residents appear active and engaged. Staff, helpful. Great that there is a medical office right on premises!!
