I can’t say enough wonderful things about American House in Holland! From the moment we toured, we knew this was the right place for my parents. The staff, especially Alix, truly go above and beyond — they are kind, attentive, and treat residents like family. My parents feel safe, comfortable, and most importantly, happy. The community is always clean, the meals are great, and there’s such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s such a relief knowing they’re surrounded by caring people and have so many opportunities to socialize and stay active. I’m incredibly grateful for the peace of mind American House has given our whole family. Highly recommend!

Staff is wonderful and management also, Meridee which is the administrator is the issue she is very rude and disrespectful, she does not care about your loved one and talks and treats her staff horrible. The place would be wonderful if she was not around!

Alix at American House is truly amazing. She not only knows her community but makes everyone feel heard and comfortable. She not only is there to help the family with bid decisions but makes the resident feel welcome at move in.

Our sister is getting great care in a safe environment, and we love how they encourage family participation and visits. The Thanksgiving family dinner was VERY nice and all of the employees serving were gracious and kind. Thank you for everything each of you do every single day! You’re very appreciated!
