I was very impressed when we toured Alexis Estates! It's very unique because eveything is included! Meals, Housekeeping, transportation, activities, etc. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The food was delicious and the residents were welcoming. I highly recommend Alexis Estates!

My Mom chose Alexis to spend her retirement years in a friendly and clean environment. The management staff, along with all the employees are very caring and attentive to the residents. Amazing managers Chuckie and Kevin in particular, set my mind at ease choosing a home for my Mom. Really nice couple that live on the property. The residents are active and happy! All kinds of planned activities. Amy, the property coordinator does a fine job. The building is very clean and well maintained! After a couple months, knowing we made the right choice is peace of mind. Thanks to everyone on the Alexis team!

Sitting here listening to the weekly meeting and simple requests from residents like how to make a grilled cheese escalate in to a lengthy discussion/argument from management with no resolution. Some also asked could they keep the back doors unlocked so residents can access the garden area as they used to with the only response that it’s not required because managers are off shift at that time. A suggestion to look in to the cost of installing a keypad was dismissed. The first thing I heard from manager with the microphone was in response to a complaint that questions are often met with “I don’t know”. He stated that it’s ok to not know but that it shouldn’t be the final word. I agree! Certainly hope that means management is actively seeking answers to resident concerns and requests. We’ll find out next week…

I want to take this opportunity to sing amazing praises to this beautiful community, Alexis Estates Gracious Retirement Living! I have been in the health care field for many years and have visited countless senior communities on a regular basis. I very much enjoy visiting Alexis Estates and am taking the time to write this review because it is not your normal independent living... by a long shot! There is a beautiful mix of residents here and they are ALL very HAPPY! It is absolutely beautiful the "Family" that has cultivated in the time they opened. This company has it down and knows how to run a community perfectly! From the genuinely caring teams of managers that live on site to all the staff members and residents, everyone is all so cheerful and content! It's clean and smells great too, all the time. There isn't a big turnover in staff or residents, unlike other communities. They truly are a "FAMILY" at Alexis Estates! Residents move in and improve their quality of life from the get-go because they want to enjoy all this beautiful community has to offer. They are welcomed lovingly by the residents and staff, from chefs, housekeepers, servers, bus drivers, activity folks, managers and helpers! Dances, gardening (in their raised gardening beds), activities, cooking and exercise classes, games galore, beautiful real theater, outings, food (oh my, the FOOD... unbelievably delicious and farm to table fresh!). I love that they have additional services available on site, if you should need a little assistance, and it is so much more affordable than going into a community that over charges you for these services and continues to overcharge every chance they get. In many cases, I hear you can age in place right there without having to move! They can tell you ALL about it. If you are considering a new home for yourself or your loved one, don’t hesitate to contact or visit Alexis Estates Gracious Retirement Living... you too will not be disappointed! Even if it isn’t time to make the move, go by and see what all the buzz is about. Have a meal with them like I did! You too, will see what I am talking about!
