Frank, our new maintenance supervisor, is wonderful. My kitchen sink was leaking quite a bit ceiling bulbs needed to be replaced. Kailey scheduled a work order for 1 pm. Frank fixed the leak and replaced my ceiling bulbs in less than 15 minutes including running downstairs to get the correct size pipe. The one in place was too small. He is detailed and knows his stuff.

My parents live at affinity. Friday my mom couldn't get the TV to work; the friendly staff came up and fixed it. I told then about a leak. They are fixing it tomorrow morning. My dad found 2 chess buddies and he's happier. The complex is redoing paint and carpet and sprucing things back up. Thanks for making my parents happier.

Complete disrespect and disregard for a 2-year tenant. I delivered on July 9 a written notice to Affinity W.B. office about an error in the late rent fee (I paid on time). Also, about a 60-day notice for end-of-lease options, as my lease was expiring on July 31. However, this 60-day notice was given to me 30 days late on July 1, with June 1 posted on this notice. As of July-27 I did not get any respond from Affinity W.B. Because I did not not know their respond to both issues, I had to renew my lease with them as I was recovering from major leg surgery and could not afford any stress or rushed moving out (if I choose so), in contrast to 60 day time to decide. I waited 19 days for them to respond to my request to solve the 2 issues, but they ignored it.

I’ve lived here for seven years and love it! One big perk is the indoor pool for year-round use. People here are a true community, engaging in activities and always ready to help.
