I am enjoying all aspects of living at Affinity. The staff is amazing, always ready to help. The building is immaculate and the new housekeeper keeps the place very clean. The amenities are fun and there is always something to do. But the absolute best thing about the community is the people that live here.

Kai at the front desk explained details of Affinity to us, and then gave us an in-depth tour. Various residents in the halls introduced themselves to us, showed us which doors needed a fob to get back in, how to do the trash, even gave us vegetables from the garden! Amazing - it was two days of boxes and trash, but more than worth the move. Affinity is welcoming and quiet and neat as a pin, and the staff is so helpful. What a great decision I made!

This is the first place I looked at and was so amazed & impressed by the staff. Ramona & Jonathan were so Kind, Helpful, Professional and I felt like they were family from the moment I walked in the door and said to myself “This feels like Home”. Ramona took her time with me as we toured this beautiful facility. I knew immediately that this was the place for me and hoped all would work out. Ramona & Jonathan helped me with each step and within the week I was signing a lease! I’m so grateful! I’ve met so many lovely people . So kind, helpful and caring. Each person I’ve met has only good things to say about the staff here and how happy they are here and tell me I’m going to love it here. They are right!!! I’ve attended several events and this is my first week here. I tell my friends when they ask how I like living at Affinity …”Well I liken it to a Cruise Ship, without an ocean !” What a wonderful community Affinity of Fort Collins has created. I love the pianos that have recently arrived as residents have donated. I plan to play on the Baldwin upright donated by Tom & his dear wife . Also a gorgeous baby grand just arrived the other day! This truly is a healing place for me in so many ways! God Bless you - AFFINITY!
