From the AMAZING “Ladies of Affinity” in the front office, combined with a very dedicated Maintenance team that goes Above & Beyond the call of duty, makes for a happy lil’ community of residents! Every single person is warm & welcoming. Furr Babies are loved by everyone. With all the amenities offered, there is something for everyone; an impressive indoor pool & hot tub, plush little garden areas to grow veggies or flowers, a frickon MOVIE THEATER with comfy seats, a workshop to tinker around in, a crafting room for crafters with your own designated cubby, an internet cafe with computers to use & a top of the line fancy KURIG Coffee Machine offering French Vanilla lattes to a nice cup of Hot Coco!! My favorite one is the Dilly Dally Pub with Happy Hour cocktails!! There is a game room equipped with puzzles & games, a pool table, dart board, and a Family Dining room for private use or for community functions…but wait… that's not all!!! A huge library loaded with books of all kinds for bookworms!! The staff puts on fun functions to attend & the community organizes their own To-Do's & functions as well. 55+ community with NO BED TIME, 😆😄😀 I love the place!!! I recently toured Affinity Living at Covington, WA and absolutely loved it. Kearah Miller was fantastic and very welcoming. She was amazing and helped me make the decision to apply and enjoy my next journey in life. Her patience in showing me all of the amenities, answering my questions, and her professional and friendly demeanor, alleviated any worries I had!

One of the best apartment complexes for 55+ in the region. The management and maintenance teams are extremely customer focused in providing a great living environment and experience for its residents. This location like other Affinity locations offers a wide range of amenities like a pool/sauna, exercise room, family dining and other activities rooms. One of the best living decisions you can make after downsizing and retiring without stress and property taxes.

I had originally planned to move into Affinity at Covington as a "stop over" until l found a condominium in the area. But after one week at Covington, l knew l was "home"! Affinity at Covington has everything l want -- on-site administration and maintenance staff who always offer support and smiles and are always willing to listen; many fun activities; welcoming residents; and fabulous amenities! I am even able to walk to businesses l already frequent! I believe Affinity at Covington "isn't just a senior residence, it truly is a lifestyle for active adults!"
