I moved into Affinity 3 weeks ago. Every single thing I need as a new widow is here. I feel comfortable & safe here. The building is secured 24/7. My apartment is 2bed/2bath w/ a nice entry way. My neighbors have been very friendly & welcoming. They offer different activities if one so chooses & are well planned. A nice library, game room, craft room, a room you can reserve for family events, swimming pool & a nice fire pit w/ lounge chairs. The staff is wonderful & willing to help you w/ anything you need. I strongly recommend this facility!

My mom is a current resident at Affinity Bellingham and has been there for almost a year. She enjoys the friendships she has made and the friendly staff who make her feel at home. Recently, they had a major water leak which caused a disruption in water supply to the apartments. While the incident proved disruptive, I was very impressed with their frequent communications and updates, the stations of fresh water they set up for people and their willingness to pay for local hotel stays at the Oxford Suites. Managing a crisis is never easy but they did so with great care for their residents. A huge thanks to the staff here at Affinity Bellingham.

This has been an awesome place for my dad to live. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. The crew that supports the community is kind, friendly and very in touch with the residents. The residents care a lot for each other and are very supportive of each other. So many activities and options to stay busy. A great 6 years for my dad. Thank you.

My husband I moved to Affinity from another state and we could not be happier with this ACTIVE lifestyle community. I am 65 and my spouse is 67. We like that it is a community for folks over 55 who enjoy meeting new people, walking a lot, driving, cooking, shopping, etc. It's like living in a home yet the price includes all utilities so we just write one check per month. ( And no home repairs or property upkeep) The community has an exceptional staff. I recently had an unexpected maintenance issue and Norm, one of our awesome staff members, came to my rescue and saved the day!!!!!!! The staff is friendly and has a "can do attitude". Carly is the first person you will meet when you come visit. Her eyes sparkle as she greets residents and guests too. Laurie is our ED, she is seasoned in senior living and as my friend says, "runs a tight ship" which is a big compliment. Suzanne is our marketer and has excellent customer service skills. And, our maintenance staff are quick to respond to our requests and do so with a smile. Jesus and Norm are a winning team. We just renewed our lease for 18 months and at this point, we may live her the rest of our days.....it is so easy and fun.
