As I grow older, Affinity is the best move I made for myself and my family. Affinity is affordable, the staff and maintenance teams are responsive, and the activities are varied for all residents according to interests and abilities. There are no hidden fees and Affinity is near all the vendors and services I need. I could not be happier as I grow older and wiser.

I cannot say enough good about Affinity! We moved my uncle in a couple of months ago and everyone made him feel so welcome from the beginning. He looks forward to and participates in the many weekly activities. He has really thrived from his previous environment and I definitely see the positive change in his demeanor and appreciate that he is not alone like he was prior to moving in. Everyone is so nice and all the facilities are clean and maintained to the highest standard.

I love Affinity! I moved my mother in a few weeks ago, and she loves it here as well. Very nice, supportive, helpful staff, timely maintenance workers, very clean premises. Lots of activities, friendly residents. I don't think I could have found a better place for my Mom!

I’ve been living at Affinity for 2 1/2 years. Never having lived in a community environment this large I was a little worried about my choice. However, I have found the community and the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. It has the atmosphere of being a large family. The office staff and the maintenance staff have been great. Most maintenance problems are addressed within 10 or 15 minutes after my phone call. I’ve been very happy here, and I hope the rent is raised only moderately so that I can stay on here. You need more
