ActivCare 4S Ranch is a residential memory care community, assisted living that specializes in care for those with Alzheimer's or related dementias. Our community is purpose-built for memory care. We offer a spectrum of living options and three levels of memory care. We are Memory Care Experts and are dedicated to enhancing life for those with memory loss. Our specialty trained professional caregivers engage residents in meaningful activities and provide a lively and social community where our residents can thrive. Licensed nurse support is on-site 7 days a week.

My father has been here for almost 5 years. He has thrived because of the attention and care from everyone here. I couldn't which for a better place for my father as he gets older with dementia. Everyone at this facility is amazing and caring.
