As a placement agent, I tour many senior living communities, and this one truly stands out. My client and I toured on Friday for nearly two hours, and Karen was incredibly patient and supportive as we reviewed multiple floor plans and explored options for my client’s mother. She took the time to answer every question and never made us feel rushed. After touring several other communities on Saturday, we felt compelled to come back for another look. We stopped by without an appointment just to see the common areas, but Debbie, the Activities Director, graciously spent time with us and gave us a mini tour. It was wonderful to see so many happy, engaged residents. Debbie knew everyone by name and made a point to stop and say hello to each resident. What impressed me most was that Karen and Debbie rearranged her afternoon to spend additional time with us and help support an urgent move for my client’s mother. That level of care and dedication is exceptional. This community offers a beautiful environment, but it’s the people who make it special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff genuinely care about residents and their families. I highly recommend this community.

My husband and I have been residents at Acoya for almost two years and we have enjoyed every minute. The beautiful facility in a beautiful setting is exceptional. There are so many activities and outings that one could be out of their apartment all day. Exercise classes, seminars, games, and musical events to just name a few. The meals meet all our expectations and the staff are so friendly and caring. We are very happy we chose Acoya.

The care that the staff shows toward it!s residents is quite amazing! After spending a lot of time at this facility , I can only have hoped that my own parents would have had experienced the positive lifestyle offered at Acoya Troon! The location is set deep in the wonders of amazing scenery and lots to enjoy in a peaceful night sky on the upper observation deck! This is a place to call home for all our loving parents!

So grateful my mom and her partner are here. The staff is just incredible - friendly, compassionate, caring, attentive and so respectful. If my mom needs anything, someone is always there to help and assist.
