Second visit. Good presentation on Life Care. Explained the different categories of care communities, not only what is included in the fees, but also the financial benefits of living in the community. Vi st Silverstone is a complete Continuing Care Community with independent living, assisted living, and more care. Very informative, but the best part was having lunch with a 'Resident Ambassador'. Ours was willing to answer all questions and volunteered lots of information. The facility has a resort-like atmosphere, very pleasant staff, an lots of smiling residents. Units are sized well and common areas are very attractive both outside and indoors. Worth exploring more.

Awful Patient Services RUDE. Called to have my wife admitted and talked to a person called “June”. Very rude and said they don’t take BC/BS Plus. I explained I had them as an approved provider on the list provided by BC/BS. She said she didn’t care. I then called my BC/BS representative who said they even advertise they are a BC/BS provider. The BC/BS representative then called and talked to “June” who then referred him to her boss “Andrew” and he left a voicemail for Andrew to call back BC\BS and me to discuss this issue. Of course, “Andrew” never called back. The BC/BS representative also said that “June” was rude to him also. Obviously, this place doesn’t want your business. If they are rude and don’t call back to prospective patients, what kind of care do they offer to people who are already there?

My late wife Charlotte and I became residents of Vi at Silverstone in 2013 after I retired from an architectural practice. Our Social life resembled being on a cruise ship with cocktail parties, dining, dancing, and tours every day / evening. We made new and close friendships that helped me continue life as a widower at the Vi Resort. I remain active in Vi residents committees, vocal music, painting, Residents' swim team, and Golf team. I introduced "The Changing Wall" to feature resident artists and promote the art class; see photos. Life is GOOD !!! GLP

If you were to design a place of independent living, you will find your requirements here at Vi at Silverstone. It is what you want it to be...private or communal, built to your specifications, safe, warm, resident oriented, assurance of future health care, and a continuation of the lifestyle you want If you care to participate, multiple activities and physical experiences are all here. And the one thing important in everyone's life is food! There are multiple options of locations available with an outstanding kitchen. Top that with valet , transportation options, and housecleaning .... housed in a stately structure that resembles a 4 star hotel......and you will be knowing that THIS is where you want to live. If you care about your future happiness....contentment...peace....see you here at Vi! Best decision I made when it was time!
