Kelly was amazing. My mother and I went on a tour. We've seen 4 other places and feel revel is the best. All the staff is so kind. The place is clean and has a good layout. The little Cafe was wonderful. They are so kind and patient with those that live there. My mother doesn't use google review. But speaking on her behalf, she's thinking of moving into revel next year.

Last month, I visited my relatives at Revel McDowell Mountain, who had moved there about six months prior. From the moment I arrived, I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Moreover, the sense of community among residents and staff was extraordinary. The facilities were befitting an upscale hotel resort, and the food and service were top-notch. Additionally, I was treated to musical entertainment as part of the robust calendar of recurring entertainment offerings. I never knew an assisted living community could be so wonderful.

I recently toured Revel McDowell Mountain for my mother and was very impressed with the facility. As soon as we stepped foot in the building, we were immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The concierge staff greeted us with smiles and a sense of genuine care. The sales team who led us on our tour were also very kind and knowledgeable. I was delighted to see residents laughing, playing cards, and swimming in the pool. It was clear that there was a strong sense of community here, which is something we were looking for. The units themselves were also very spacious, and the models gave us a good idea of what a unit would look like fully decorated. As we are planning this move for a year or two down the line, we are still in the process of touring different communities, however I felt inclined to leave a review on how much this community impressed us. Thanks so much for a wonderful tour!

My husband and I moved here in Jan from Tucson and Revel is more exciting than I ever imagined. The community is beautiful and everyone is wonderful, from staff to the people who live here. The convenience of everything on site makes my life so much less stressful. Our apartment is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.
