I have waited 2 hours several times for someone to assist me, when pressing the button for help! I am truly grateful that it wasn't and emergency... If it was life or death... I'd be dead!!!! They talk so loudly up and down the hallway and cuss... They have no respect for the fact that this is our home. They aren't at home but at work... Who trained them; giving them the right to conduct themselves in this manner. There should be repercussions... My family will be very disappointed when I really need help and they never come... I do appreciate the nurses, Brianna and the front desk. The young lady who does my hair does a wonderful job... I put in a request for one of the maintenance men to help me with my workout machine which only took 10 minutes to put up. When they came they told me it was more important things to do then help me. I put it up myself... It is very important for me to have it for health issues; mobility and breathing... They don't know how to cook baked potatoes and the rice is not done having way too much chicken stock in it! There are good qualities just as well as they're not so good. I just wanted to voice my opinion in being here for just a few months... I do appreciate all they do... It's a very nice place to live. 🫴✨

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the administration team at Woodside Senior Living. The staff is professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents and their families. They communicate clearly, handle questions or concerns promptly, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It’s clear they truly care about the residents’ well-being and comfort. Their attention to detail and compassionate approach make Woodside feel like a warm, well-managed community rather than just a facility. I appreciate how organized and responsive the administration is and it really makes a difference.

I have had the pleasure of working with Thomasine Jones in Admissions and Brianna Strothers in the Business Office these two ladies are professional, pleasant and very helpful. I work with a organization and place seniors in Assisted Living facilities all over Northeast Ohio and Woodside is one of my top picks. They continue to make needed improvements and upgrades to the building and also positive changes with the staff. Nowhere is prefect by this facility is moving in the right direction!!!! The Administrator Igor has come in and rolled up his sleeves and do whatever it takes to make positive and lasting improvements. Thank you all for your hardwork!!!

I toured Woodside Senior Living with their admissions coordinator while looking for memory care for my loved one. The memory care unit was full at the time, but the coordinator was so kind and helpful going out of her way to guide me and offer other resources. The facility was clean, welcoming, and had a really caring atmosphere. Even though we couldn’t move in right away, I’d still highly recommend Woodside Senior Living to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one. Thank you
