Woods at Canco Reviews

I am leaving this review on behalf of Sam Henderson, who is a resident and absolutely enjoys where he is we couldn’t ask for him to have better care. The staff in the servers of food is top-notch excellent everybody is so friendly and if you wanna have lunch, it’s like a little restaurant and you’re more than welcome to go and interact with other residents also but above and beyond there isn’t one person of one staff member who isn’t at the top of their game they’re also friendly and caring. We couldn’t ask for a better place for Sam to be, and he also agrees he made the right choice.

My Mother in Law has been there for about 3 months and the entire family could not be more happy. What a gift this place has been, not just for Mom but for all of us. When she first moved in she wanted to make sure she could move back in with us if she didn’t like it. Now she doesn’t want to leave and tells us every time we visit or talk how much she loves it. The staff has been so welcoming to all of us including the great grandchildren!!! We would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Woods at Canco to any of our family and friends.

Lisa has once again made such an incredible impression for our second phase of the new state-of-the-art IPTV and Wi-Fi system we have set in place. Thank you for the support, the food, and for being amazing as always.

I was severely injured in a motorcycle accident a while back; with spine and leg fractures and living alone, the braces would not allow me to go home, as they required assistive care twice a day. My case worker found a room at Woods at Canco, where Kathy and Lisa graciously accepted me as a short-term, open-ended resident as I recovered from my injuries over the course of months. Far from being an isolated, tedious recovery, my stay at Woods was, remarkably, actually enjoyable. The staff and the residents I came to know were so genuinely welcoming and concerned with my progress that my recovery was physical, emotional, and social - and it worked. I had several "grandmothers" who would look after me, even when I was trussed up like a Ninja Turtle! Their collective patience and encouragement actually shortened my recovery time; even my neurosurgeon was impressed. So Thank You, Woods at Canco, for helping to bring me back to life. You're family now!
