I’m visiting from Arizona. Regina is phenomenal with the clients. As she served dinner she danced and sang to the clients. I saw many of them smiling and laughing. She brought joy to the entire room. It’s wonderful to see someone who loves their Job and serves the patients as if each one was her own family. Well done Regina.

This place is the worst place I’ve ever worked at.. The management is trash , supervisor is trash..The facility is trash. They dnt take good care for the residents. If you have a family member that needs assisted living or memory care, PLEASE dnt bring your loved one there. They are ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED. They barely have med techs to give medication. They will leave your loved one soiled until the next shift comes in. The overnight staff does absolutely nothing because there’s no MOD on shift. AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

My loved one has been at Woodholme Gardens for 5 months. While the staff is creating a safe and secure environment for my loved one as he adjusts to the limitations of the pandemic and a new environment; the caring staff has also been providing my family with much needed peace of mind and comfort as well. The management team(Suzi & Jennie) has provided updates to our family and continue to partner with us in maintaining the quality of life that he has been accustomed to enjoying. Heartfelt thanks to the entire Woodholme Team including the concierge team, nursing team, direct care team, food services, finance, housekeeping and maintenance team. Woodholme Gardens is the best place for my mom. She loves the community activities, especially sip and paint! I have the confidence that she is receiving the best care.
