Windsorwood Place

After my dad passed, mom wanted to remain in the home that they had lived in for over 50 years. It became apparent that her well being out weighed her ability to live there alone. I knew she needed to be somewhere safe and Windsorwood was my first choice. They were able to get her right in, and since she has been there, I couldn't be more pleased with the care and compassion the whole staff has for her and all their residents. The residents themselves are also very friendly, caring and welcoming. Mom is still adjusting, but I have seen a considerable change for the good with her. She has the freedom to live in a comfortable studio apartment, and I can rest easy that my mom is getting the very best care and assistance as she navigates life with out my dad, her husband of 60 years. If you are needing assisted living for a loved one I highly recommend Windsorwood!!!

When my mom got sick in 2021, we realized she'd been doing everything for my dad. He wasn't able to be home without assistance. Mom's care facility suggested I head to Windsorwood to see if there was a vacancy for him. Within four days we moved him in, and mom was able to join him a few weeks later. The staff was totally supportive of us throughout mom's three times in hospice care from early 2021 until she passed in August 2023. She got the best care we could have imagined. Dad loved visiting with his Windsorwood buddies every day. He didn't want us interrupting his exercise classes or bingo games. We are so very fortunate to have an assisted-living facility of this caliber in our small community. It's a clean, well maintained property with the most kind, caring staff. There are lots of fun performances and activities for residents. Students from local schools even visit. My brother, sister, and I are very grateful that mom and dad had such a wonderful home for their last years.

The staff at Windsorwood Place goes out of their way to provide exceptional services to all of their residents. The staff are incredibly kind, patient and genuinely caring. They honestly treat my FIL like family. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and makes everyone feel like home. Our family is so thankful for each one of staff members, the nursing team and administrator.

I so much love and respect every aspect of the Windsorwood Place assisted living facility in Coshocton Ohio. The facility is extremely clean and managed by people who truly care about the elderly in need of help just getting through daily life. The manager has exceptional knowledge and experience that was used to get my mother moved into her new home there and it's been truly a blessing as my mom has never been happier since losing her husband (my father) 28 years ago. She now has a social life and the absolute best care in the world. My deepest love and respect for the manager and all her staff!!
