Primrose Retirement Community is a top notch, fabulous place to live. Where do I begin? The facility is lovely- AND it is the people who make Primrose the place to be. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the best team who wants you to truly feel at home. Katie, Carrie, and Cassie - what a team. The nurses are outstanding, Teresa and Aimee (sp) Katelyn, and all nursing staff - the nursing aides are so kind and truly care. The housekeeping staff are magical angels who clearly take pride in their work and are the best. Liz and EVERY housekeeper professional rules. Nancy and Cindy, who are are expert chefs, make the whole meal experience better than restaurants. Tammy plans the most memorable and powerful experiences that are beyond the usual and are fun! Jeff and Charlie are the rockstar maintenance who keep everything working smoothly. Everyone we have interacted with at Primrose has definitely shown that it is the place to be.

Ed & I came here for respite care! After a month, our children encouraged us to stay! It was the best decision we could have made! We have embraced everything that Primrose has to offer which is certainly all conclusive for our wants & needs! Kindness & efficiency in our care, wonderful food comes out of the kitchen under Nancy's direction! All who work in the kitchen are experts at what they do! Cindy's expertise at baking , Liz's wonderful cooking & Vicky's contribution to everything goes beyond reproach! Under Shala's management skills, Cindy's marketing position & kindness, Jessica's assistance to the director, helpful in every way, Kaylyn, the activity director, makes every effort to vary activities to interest the residents, Charley's abilities at maintenance, has everything covered to make sure that Primrose answers everyone's needs! Needless to say more! We are happy & satisfied with our life here at Primrose!

I've had a very good experience visiting a resident here. The staff are super helpful and nice, and they keep the place in great condition. I witnessed them power washing the sidewalks, and I even saw someone dusting lights outside. They offer several activities for residents, and they have an ice cream parlor, theater, pub, fitness center, spa tub, library, chapel, and a salon. They have a shuttle to take residents to dr. appts, and they are on the ball with making sure they make their appointments. They remind them, keep track of who is going where, and escort them to the bus, if needed. The only thing I noticed was the repairs on the drywall from previous residents isn't very good. You can definitely notice the mud was just slapped on. The walls all have kind of a popcorn texture, so it really stands out. Also, the beige paint they chose is everywhere, but I guess you have to stay neutral... Just isn't very appealing to the eyes.

Primrose is a top of line retirement community. The staff do more then meet the needs of it's residents. They go out of their way to make them feel at home, cared for and safe.
