I toured the Windsor Run facilities with Jillian, Carrie and Leah. I was so impressed with them, all the staff I encountered, the facilities, and every resident I encountered seemed so happy and at home. This community will come highly recommended to my parents who will be relocating to Charlotte soon.

I could not believe what I witnessed today. I was dropping off items at the Goodwill off of Weddington Rd. A man came out of a bus with some donation items. He could not pull the bus up to the donation spot and just placed the items on the ground. When the Goodwill employee asked him not place the items in the parking lot and to carry them to the donation door, the man was extremely rude to them. He could not believe that he had to walk items to the door and that the Goodwill employee would not come over and get them. The man spoke rudely and aggressively to the Goodwill employees. I was in shock. The man came out of a bus that was labeled with Erickson Senior Living - Windsor Run. There were no residents in the bus. I can only hope that he does not speak to any of the residents with the tone or aggression as he did to the Goodwill employees. My mother is in a Senior Living Community and I would be mortified if I saw one of their employees act like this in public.

Our family has been reviewing opportunities for independent living. We were working with an excellent sales associate named Justin who was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, helpful. We recently reached out and unfortunately learned he is no longer working with the company and have had no where near the same experience with Windsor Run regarding their sales team since his departure. Our immediate concern is that Windsor Run may be trying to shift to a more profit-based culture instead of a customer service culture. As a result, we have worked with the Pines in the Davidson area and have found them to be as good as our experience with Justin.

We moved here because my husband was disabled and needed socialization. This has been the perfect move for us. We are surrounded by lovely people who are in different walks of senior life and make our living here so special. The staff could not be more helpful and kind, even the teenagers who serve us in the restaurants. We are very happy and fulfilled here and our apartment is everything we need to live comfortably and contentedly.
