Cogir of Austin Village

We moved our mother to Ambriant a couple years ago to be closer to family, Little did we know she would gain a whole other family through the Ambriant residents and staff. The administration, servers, cleaning crew and maintenance staff are all superb. The entire community is close knit family that looks out for and takes care of each other. Truly a special facility!

In multiple categories, Ambriant at Austin Villages is superb. Their most outstanding aspect, though, is their personnel. Lesley Donovan, Regional Director, has established an atmosphere of caring, trust and friendship which not only extends to the managing staff, Deborah and Teresa, and ALL the employees, but also infuses the residents as well. As we visited on campus for five days, we were met with warm smiles and interested - and interesting - conversation. The facility, about 18 months old, is a marvel of architecture and quality construction, well designed for seniors' needs. A visit and tour are a must.

Ambriant Austin Village has been fantastic. I've been here for 3 months. The staff are very helpful & friendly. I reside in one of the duplex's. It is absolutely perfect for me. I made the right decision to relocate here. John Shumar

We looked everywhere from Indian Land, SC to Charlotte and Mint Hill, NC before deciding on Ambriant at Austin Village for our family member. It is beautiful with high end finishes and well designed floor plans. The level of amenities are perfect for someone who doesn't want to do all the cooking and cleaning anymore, but doesn't need health assistance yet. Leslie Donovan, the Community Director, has been great! She answered our multitude of questions kindly, quickly, and clearly and has accommodated all our needs--even a last minute change of floor plans! Every staff member we have met has been top notch with a personality that suits their role. Our family member loves the food, loves the apartment, has already found a friend group, and is the happiest I have seen in years.
