My mother and I were skeptical about any facility as one should be. The family atmosphere and great team members are wonderful. Tyler, Becky, Jody and Sharon to name a few have been so helpful and caring towards not only my mother, but everyone. The team works together and care would recommend this as a home for your loved one without having to constantly worry.

After 30 some years i moved my mom from the west coast to back to the east coast to Cogir at Austin Village. I can't say enough good things about it. Sharon Willis, the sales person, was outstanding. She gave us a tour and explained all the options in detail. We were looking for a one bedroom, but only the studios were available. She offered up the option to take the studio until a one bedroom became available. She has helped us every step of the way. Being available at anytime we needed her...even on her day off she made sure she was at Cogir business office to help get the contract signed. It took a while before my mom's stuff was to arrive from the west coast. She followed up on a regular basis to check in. When we moved in, she was there. Made sure we had all the information we needed. She provided some urgent necessities we forgot and before we could get to the store. She has been a guiding light during the whole process. The rest of the staff as well, very courteous and kind. Always going out of the way to answer questions or reassure us of the culture there. The residents as well, very friendly. The place is immaculately clean. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Sharon Willis met with me to show me the lovely. cozy, homey facility and gave me so much insight and information for relocating my parents up from Florida into a facility like yours. Sharon was very professional yet so friendly and understanding of the situation.

What a wonderful place. My mom just moved in and I couldn’t be happier. She loves it! Great team, great communication, great food. Becky, Sharon, Tyler and Jody will make you feel like family. They anticipate your needs before you even have to ask.
