I am incredibly grateful for the support and assistance I received from Ruth Ann at Windermere Estates, Senior Living. During a critical time of need, when I urgently needed to find a place for my mother, Ruth Ann stepped in and made the process so much easier and less stressful. Ruth Ann showed genuine compassion and understanding for our situation. She took the time to listen to our specific needs and concerns, and her guidance throughout the process was invaluable. Ruth Ann’s expertise in senior living and her in-depth knowledge of Windermere Estates helped us feel confident that we were making the best choice for my mother. Ruth Ann was dedicated to ensuring my mother found a place that truly felt like home. We began looking for an Assisted Living facility for my parents, who are 91 and 93 and were still living in their own home, but were needing some help. After researching and touring about a dozen facilities near us, with none of those checking all our boxes, we were referred to Ruth Ann Chase at Windermere by Senior Living Specialists. After our first visit with Ruth Ann, we knew we had finally found exactly what we were looking for- an Assisted "home" for our parents!! Ruth Ann was a godsend who met with us as often as we needed, answered all our questions, allowed us to text or call her anytime of day or night and always answered back quickly!! We LOVE Windermere!! Ruth Ann, and ALL the staff, and especially Holly, the activities director, truly care for the residents as a family, and treat them with respect. My parents were delighted with the spaciousness of their room (they expected tiny!). They love the activities offered, and the Med Techs are SOOO kind to them. They are VERY happy with the food prepared by Chef Robert!! We know we have made the right choice with Windermere. We are very thankful for Ruth Ann, and the staff at Windermere, for all the care and love they shower on my parents.

Working at Windermere Estates Senior Living so far has been a wonderful experience and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The teamwork and dedication towards creating an amazing environment for the residents is truly remarkable. I feel very proud to be apart of the team at Windermere Estates and our ED Raquel is incredibly supportive and friendly. She always takes the time to listen to the concerns of both residents and staff, making everyone feel valued and heard. Overall It’s a great place and would recommend :)
