I have had the esteemed pleasure of working with Sarah Perkins. She is my "go-to" when I have seniors that are needing more assistance than what independent living can provide. I am confident when I transfer her a lead because she has proven time and time again her ability to care for families and exercise sensitivity to their needs. She and her team are efficient with follow up and they do everything they can to ensure placement in a timely fashion. They also educate families and provide necessary resources when needed. And while they can be highly regarded for their professionalism, they are known for making your loved ones feel right at home. If you are looking for comfort, integrity, accountability, and top notch customer service, Morada Cy-Fair should be on your list of communities to consider, Thanks Sarah for taking care of my families!

This facility consistently messes up my mother’s medication. The head nurse is a nightmare to try to get information from, and there is little to no transparency regarding how they track medications for their residents. What is the purpose of paying 4 times the rent for someone to have managed medication when that isn’t even managed properly 75% of the time? Sure if there are no changes to anything it’s pretty smooth, but the second there’s a change it takes 50 faxes from the doctor and weeks to actually change.

Morada was the first place we looked at when looking for care for my dad. During the tour the place had a very homey, welcoming feel. The staff were all very nice, but what struck me the most was how well cared for and happy the residents were. It made me feel at ease and I wanted so much for my dad to call Morada home. Unfortunately it was not the right fit for my dad’s needs. Even after we made that decision Nicole and Sara, who are both amazing, did everything they could to help us. For that I am very grateful. Morada may not have been the right place for my dad but I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their parents to call home.

Sarah Perkins is awesome! She has been helping us get our mom situated after her fall/surgery. We have been throwing questions after questions to her and coming up with different plans for our mom and she has been accommodating us with such pleasantries making this ordeal easier to handle/understand/plan for. Morada has a great asset with Sarah here. She definitely makes this place a location we hope to have our mom reside at. She radiates and warms our hearts.
