We were looking for a place for my father in law and found morada, the experience of touring and everything was amazing and we decided to put money down to hold a room. Unfortunately my father in law had to stay longer in the skilled nursing so we informed them we would not be signing a lease. We did not sign any paperwork when giving the check and were told it would not be ran until we sign the lease. Well our check was ran and now it has been over 30 days and I have not received my money back. The office manger has been very rude and acts like she doesn’t know how to do her job. I spoke with the executive director yesterday after the business manager said she couldn’t do anything else for me and the executive manager was also rude and was rushing me off the phone as she told me she didn’t deal with billing. Also have been told multiple times they would call me back and never do. I understand there is procedures but they told me 30 days and I am still getting the run around. The place is great but the staff has been awful after we couldn’t move in.

Morada is the place to trust with your parents care. I have worked with Morada as a third vendor taking care of the residents as a registered nurse and it’s my home away from home. Being here more than 7 years makes me at home and above all every team members works together. Can’t say enough but just know your loved ones are really loved by us all.

My mom has been living at Morada CyFair for several months. The caregivers are so attentive and caring. The administration works as a team to see that every resident is well cared for. Plenty of varied activities to please the residents. Take a tour and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Our experience at Morada was fantastic. We left a previous facility that wasn’t near as nice as Morada, and the food was really great and served fresh every meal. That wasn’t the case at our previous facility. When we met with Sue on our initial visit she stated that the food they serve sets them apart from other assisted living facilities in the area, and she was spot on. All of the employees treated my dad with kindness and compassion. The director of nursing, Amy, was a huge help and available to answer questions whenever needed. Sharay, Janice, and Dean were all so kind and caring while caring for my dad. As my dads health declined Amy was nice enough to recommend a wonderful hospice group that stepped in immediately and did an excellent job. It goes without saying that it’s not easy putting your loved one in a facility, but the staff at Morada truly did remarkable and I would recommend them to anyone needing assisted living.
