My Mother wanted to live closer to the rest of the family in Chesapeake VA, instead of near me in NC in a retirement home. As her guardian and conservator, this is very difficult as my primary way to manage her medical team and oversee her care is mostly by phone. When looking for a place for Mom, the facility has to be gorgeous and clean. As a foodie, good food is just as important! However, the staff has to also be top notch… and THEY ARE!!! The management team, Dennis and Lindsey as well as Mauro and Kelly are Rockstars! They genuinely care about the residents, are sharp problem solvers, great communicators, work hard in managing the facility and it shows! I cannot end this review without mentioning the other Rockstars, Ashley, Dexter and April who are just as caring, competent and each are integral part of the dream team! Mom is 88 and if I could keep her here, I will for as long as I can as my trust with this team is priceless! So, Ive hired a private nurse, Jamie who is also an Angel, so as to not have to move her to an Assisted Living where she will just be a number! At Willow Creek, she is blessed with an extended family that I trust! 👆🏽✝️

I am so happy and quite impressed with Vance Reynolds amazing energy and enthusiasm! I love everything about Willow Creek Gracious Retirement Living! It is beautiful, clean and has so many wonderful amenities that I can’t wait to help my brother have a much needed better quality of life! I’m going to see him right now and show him just how amazing this will be for him! My deepest gratitude to Mr. Vance Reynolds for his beautiful understanding heart with his caring and kind direction for myself in helping my situation with my brothers care 🙏 Very thankful, thank you so much, Christina M

I was pleasantly surprised by how warm and friendly everyone was during our tour of Willow Creek. The facility was clean, peaceful, and the staff showed genuine care. The managers were especially informative and helped us understand everything we needed to know about transitioning a family member here.

Wow just wow I took my father here mind you this was the third facility we have been to and he hated the other two and I was thinking this would make the third strike but i was wrong as entering the building I was immediately welcomed by Lindsey such a lovely person she let us have lunch there showed us some apartments (A++++) manager. Then Lindsey introduced us to a young lady named Scarlett and she was extremely excited to tell us all the activities that she does. And then Dennis another manager had my dad smiling which never happens and leaving the parking lot my dad said he wants this place so I guess we will be seeing y’all soon Thanks Jim
