Life Plan/CCRCs
Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.
Active Adult
Active adult communities are vibrant residential neighborhoods designed specifically for individuals typically 55 and older. These communities offer a range of amenities, as well as recreational and social activities.
Senior Apartments
Senior apartments are designed for older adults, featuring amenities and services. These apartments offer a maintenance-free lifestyle with access to social activities, promoting active living and independence.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing and nursing homes are residential facilities that offer medical care and support for individuals that require a higher level of medical attention and assistance. These are staffed by licensed healthcare providers and offer a range of services to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.
Home Care
Home care typically offers nonclinical support for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) like bathing and dressing, as well as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) such as transportation, meal preparation, and medication reminders, all provided in the comfort of one’s home.

I’ve had an incredible experience living here! From the moment I toured, especially Danielle, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The move-in process for my grandmother was seamless, and any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. The amenities are top-notch, and the maintenance team has been responsive and efficient. The property is always clean, well-lit, and secure, creating a true sense of home for her.

Very professional they did exactly what they said they were going to do help me get well and get home. The aides were friendly and kind. Therapy was great. I met some wonderful people here like Michelle,Princess and Deja. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Wildwood Downs rehab facility has been one of great relief. The office manager, Roslyn JOHNSON was very attentive to my mother‘s needs and made sure her stay was comfortable and productive. She made herself available to our concerns and followed through as well. She exemplifies a personal and genuine commitment to the patient, family, and staff. The entire staff from the social worker to the custodial care made sure my mother’s atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Her meals were good, the staff is happy , and the occupational/physical therapy was exceptional. We have been well pleased with the caregiving from this facility. Thank you. They came through in a difficult time with reassurance that we, the family, could rest because my mother‘s care was their number one priority. And it showed.

My overall experience with wildwood downs was very very amazing from administration to the housekeepers was very courteous and professional. The CNA on every shift all of them were very caring and very loving and they treated me as an individual not just a patient they took my needs personally as I asked them and they helped me with every need I had. The rate I gave the 5 stars is not really efficient to the care I received I wish it could of been higher.
