Westmont of Fresno

My sister and I looked at five places to move my mom. We were looking for a place for my mom to thrive, not die. She has memory issues, but she is still very social. Finding the right place for her and her little dog was our primary focus. The moment we walked into Westmont, we felt a different vibe. The residents were laughing and having fun, talking with one another. Ladies sitting outside with their little dogs. It was very lively and welcoming. We met with Hannah, received the most information we had received from any of the previous places, and viewed rooms. My sister and I walked out knowing that that was for the place for mom. Fast-forward a few weeks and my mom is living at Westmont. She is absolutely THRIVING. I have not seen my mom this happy in years. She’s participating in the numerous activities, enjoying the food, and we know she is safe and cared for. The staff is amazing, so helpful and queued into what my mom needs. Nursing staff, led by Susanna, has been fantastic. Maintenance, led by Kyle, has been exceptional.He went out of his way to get something fixed in a very timely manner. The chef personally met with my mom. He and his team are fantastic. We do not have one single complaint and neither does my mom. Thank you, Westmont team, our family is happy!

Recommend Westmont Senior Living We moved our mother into Westmont Senior Living in Fresno, in late February, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. She absolutely loves it there. From the beginning, the other residents were incredibly welcoming—many of them have become good friends, which has made her transition so much smoother and more joyful. She’s actively involved in daily activities, especially enjoying the morning walks, exercise classes, and the opportunity to socialize during meals and community events. It’s been heartening to see her so engaged and thriving in such a vibrant, supportive environment. The facility itself is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, bright, and open, with an abundance of natural light thanks to the large windows. The well-kept landscaping adds to the peaceful and uplifting atmosphere, making it a truly pleasant place to visit and live. The staff at Westmont has been consistently helpful, attentive, and responsive to any questions or requests from our family. Their professionalism and care have given us great peace of mind, knowing our mother is in good hands. We’re deeply grateful to have found such a warm and welcoming community for her. Moved my mother here recently from another facility that was really going down hill. The move in was a breeze. The staff is so attentive. I see staff everywhere. I have not gone there and not seen caring and attentive staff. 100% different from other Facility where no one cared and there was always a staff shortage. Westmont staff check on her daily. I feel more comfortable now leaving the area for vacation and weekend getaways. Highly recommend. The food is also a whole lot better. I will even eat there, which says a lot since I would never eat at the other location. The care and maintenance of the building and grounds are top notch. Lovely amenities. Very happy so far.

Excellent help even on short notice. Kyle and the whole team really made my relative feel welcome and get moved in and adjusted. Our family is relieved and confident that Westmont will continue to be a great choice.
