Shout out to Barb Wolford for all the joy, craziness and care she provides to Wentworth residents! As someone who cannot visit all the time, I am at peace and comfort knowing my mom at 95 has someone like Barb to help make her happy, and keep her engaged in activities. Thank you for all you do and the extra smiles you bring!!!!

Had a meeting with their sales director today, she was very difficult to understand and rushed through the tour. Overall she was very rude, didn’t smile, nice facility but couldn’t get past what a bad salesperson she was. I’m sure it won’t matter with the demand for assisted living facilities, but thought it should be mentioned what a poor job she did.

We have a friend who is living at Wentworth Central Avenue and she generally likes living there, likes the staff very much, and the residents who are all very nice. Her one complaint is the dining room. It seems that quite often, she can't get the entree that she would like because they've run out. It also seems to take a very long time to get the food, and while she really loves breakfast she said it's always so cold. She doesn't want to ask them to heat it because it would take so long to get it back. So, it seems that the food service area could stand to use a lot of improvement. Otherwise she seems content.

I am one of the Resident Engagement Assistant’s and I’ve only been working at Wentworth for a short while now, but already know this is a place I get and want to call home. I absolutely love what I get to do every day for the residents. I know that I am there to bring them joy, but what they don’t know is that they bring me joy every day. And the icing on the cake is that I get to work under an amazing Director of Hospitality, Annette Martin and a great group of colleagues. I am very proud to say that I work for Wentworth Central Avenue. And you and your loved ones will feel the same way!
