PLEASE listen to the bad reviews! Coming from someone who worked here, this is the last place I wouldnt put my grandparents! It’s seriously so sad there and none of the staff is happy. The management is worse than McDonald’s and the only thing I left with was serious anxiety. I’ve witnessed the staff cry more than we laugh or smile. We were all extremely over worked, very tired and still poor. $16 an hour is NOT worth what they will put you through. And 10k a month for awful care is NOT worth it!!!!! Put your parents/grandparents in a beach house with a 24 hour sitter for that price. This job made me quit my dream of nursing, and I don’t plan on going back to Healthcare. I constantly pray for my residents hoping they are actually getting cared for. I woke up every Saturday and Sunday morning with tears and regret. I can’t believe I put myself through this kind of job!

This place is a disaster! Beware don’t put anyone you love in here. They had a person with 2 felony charges for possession of a controlled substance handing my Mom meds?? I brought it to their attention because obviously we were shocked he was back at work. We took control of her meds and when they brought them to us they had someone else’s prescription in with my Moms?? Food is terrible it was an expensive/frustrating time until we got her out. Candice the director should not be in charge of McDonalds! They didn’t a have nurse in the building bc they were in between hires and she laughed she was acting nurse?? 0 stars if I could.

Waterview theCove has gone above and beyond for my mother. She had a fall and was hospitalized in FortWorth. Before she was released we were told she didn’t qualify for rehab. We went to Waterview to get my Mom signed up. Kandice looked over my moms records and she absolutely qualifies for rehab and my sister and I went to the hospital and told them she needed to go to rehab. She was sent to rehab and is now at The Cove and she is getting the help she needs thanks to Kandice , Michelle, Jennifer and many more who help to make my moms life better. It is wonderful to know she is getting her medication and three meals a day. I would recommend this place over and over again. So thankful.

This place is amazing! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Moved my 90 year old father to Waterview a couple of months ago. He couldn't be happier. The entire staff makes him feel so very special. I made a remark to the staff that he would never attend their every Friday "Happy Hour". They said give us a couple of weeks. Low and behold he not only attends it, he participates in the dancing and of course drinking the margarita's. The staff make it a point to encourage participation in the activities and special events for the residents. The dining room, complete with tablecloths, silverware and cloth napkins serves food that as my father says is "gourmet". In fact they put on a Thanksgiving feast and encouraged all the residents families to attend which truly was one of the finest Thanksgiving dinners we have ever been served. A special shout out goes to Kandice, Betty, Denise and Shirley. They followed through with every promise made and every expectation we had. Great job Waterview!!!!
