My mom currently lives in an Independent Living facility and she is VERY happy there. As she is getting older, she is struggling more and more. She has a very strong personality and hates change. So, trying to just get her to agree to visit an Assisted Living facility was a monumental task. I was prepared for my mom to find a problem with, and complain about, everything. I was also expecting her to to have an attitude problem as well. Instead, my mom was so pleased with Stephanie (the Community Relations Director) that she paid her multiple compliments during the visit. That was a miracle. Stephanie, thank you for making the visit a complete success!

I have been trying to get in touch with the facility as well as I have someone that wants to move into that facility but have yet to have a returned phone call or email. I filled out the form as my loved one wants to move in ASAP. Maybe we should look elsewhere. We know someone that is there and loves it but when you do not get any return email or phone call what do you do.

If I could give this facility, no stars I certainly would. All I have been trying to do is speak with someone regarding what they have available for assisted-living for my mother and no one has returned my call for several days. I’ve called three times and I also filled out their online form with my name and telephone number. This place had been referred to me by a nurse, which is the reason I wanted to learn more about this facility. I was told the marketing director‘s name with Stephanie and they also gave me her work cell where I also left a message last week but no response. Finally today I decided to go in myself to see if I could find out more information. I went there at 2:40 and stood at the front desk for two full minutes while the receptionist was on the phone badmouthing another employee. I was never even acknowledged. At that point I walked out. I think I have learned all I need to know about this facility.

Terrible parking situation. The little old lady that sits at the front desk (in the late afternoon) is not only rude, but outright lies to your face and creates problems that dont exist. Poor management overall
