Our mom is doing so well at Spring Arbor of Salisbury! The assisted living community runs like a well-oiled machine. The Director (Alicia) is amazing and has high expectations from her staff -- and it shows! Everyone has been so kind and attentive to our mom, helping her to settle in, make friends, and even start participating in some of the offered activities. After moving our mom from another community in the area because she was being neglected (even during illness), became very unhappy, the staff did not respond to our questions/concerns or even return our phone calls, lack of adequate staffing, etc., finding Spring Arbor has been a godsend. We know that our mom is finally safe, always cared for, and happy. Any requests or questions are quickly addressed, staffing is on point, and everyone treats our mom with kindness and dignity. Every staff member we have encountered has been wonderful -- from the first inquiry with Danielle in Marketing to the hands-on staff members that care for our mom each day and everyone in between. We would highly recommend Spring Arbor of Salisbury assisted living community. We are so thankful for them.

I cannot say enough good things about Spring Arbor of Salisbury. The staff are incredible, the grounds are well kept, the interior is neat and clean, the food is amazing. I have such peace of mind knowing my mother is being well cared for.

Absolutely the best. Spring Arbor of Salisbury seems to have their systems down to a science! It’s clear that the staff who work there enjoys what they do. Each are welcoming and patient. Care has been provided as promised, great activities, and the facility is clean and well cared for. I am grateful that I found them.

Mom LOVES Spring Arbor!!! Next month, she will celebrate 4 years as a resident and repeatedly tells us that moving to Spring Arbor has been one of the best decisions she's ever made! The staff make her feel great and are attentive and she thoroughly enjoys all the activities, especially Bingo and flower arranging! She raves about the food and is appreciative that they bring meals to her room as needed. The building is clean and well maintained. Our family has a peace of mind that Mom is receiving exceptional care.Thank you to the entire Spring Arbor Team! The Rinaldi & Bugg Families
