Watercrest is a super place. They've built a fresh, new & lovely accommodation that is needed community for Assisted & Memory Care in the Fredericksburg area. Lovely appointed common rooms each with purpose & theme, large apartments, warm yet modern decorative touchy and lots of nice stonework in interior and exterior. AND the staff!!!! Props to Diana & Michelle for pulling together a warm and supportive team; all of whom are so kind and positive. We found the intake / assessment team especially thoughtful, flexible and professional. Though it doesn't fit our family needs today, we look forward to revisiting Watercrest Fredericksburg in the future.

We are very grateful for the care and support my mother receives at Watercrest Senior Living. From the moment she became a resident, the staff have been kind, compassionate, and attentive to her needs. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing that she is in a safe, welcoming environment surrounded by people who genuinely care about her well-being. The staff are friendly and responsive, and treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness. Watercrest Fredericksburg is a wonderful home for my mother, and we truly appreciate everything the team does each day to make her comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I would highly recommend Watercrest to families looking for a caring and supportive community for their loved ones.

It is difficult to convey how amazing Watercrest without writing an essay. Management is amazing, any questions or concerns are dealt with immediately. The staff is phenomenal. They truly work as a team and each member appears genuinely happy to be there. This is our family member’s third memory care facility. We were concerned that moving him into a new facility would be difficult. However, nothing could be farther from the truth. From the moment he rolled through the front door, he has been and remains the happiest he’s been since leaving his home. The facility is the cleanest we have ever been in, tours included. The food is so spectacular that he’s actually gaining weight. Resident activities aren’t just on a calendar, they actually take place - every day of the week. In his last facility, our loved one fell 24 times in 2 years. Since moving into Watercrest - zero falls. The list of amazing goes on and on…. Our family agrees that if you don’t start here, you’ll be looking to move here soon. It truly is the gold standard of care, wish we could give more stars!

We are incredibly grateful for the care our dad receives at Water Crest. From the moment he arrived, it has been clear that this is a community where compassion, dedication, and genuine teamwork make all the difference. The staff at Water Crest are truly exceptional. They treat our dad with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure he is well cared for and supported. What stands out most to our family is that this is truly a team effort. The management team deserves special recognition. They aren’t simply managing from behind the scenes—they are present, engaged, approachable, and always willing to pitch in wherever they are needed. You see them interacting with residents, supporting their staff, and doing whatever it takes to make sure things are running well. Their hands-on leadership sets the tone for the entire community. It is obvious that everyone at Water Crest is working together toward the same goal: providing excellent care and creating a warm, supportive environment for the residents. That kind of teamwork gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We feel very fortunate to have our dad at Water Crest. The staff and management are a winning team, and we are so thankful for the compassion, professionalism, and heart they bring to their work every day.
