Kimberly M is an exceptional caregiver who went above and beyond to ensure my parents felt safe, valued, and cared for. Her sweet ways, warmth, care, and genuine compassion shine through in every interaction. Kimberly consistently provided attentive support to my parents and created a welcoming, positive environment that made the assisted-living facility feel like home. My mom has since passed and my dad has moved to memory care, but I am super grateful for her dedication and the comfort she brought to my parents and still gives my dad. She goes out of her way to really care, to help and make him feel special. Thank you so much.

You can tell she has the upmost compassion and skills for the role. She is loved by so many here and always greets with smiles and warm embrace. She makes sure our needs are met and listens to any concerns. The sincerity of Kimberly is a breath of fresh air, she has the biggest heart I've seen from a caregiver thus far. Newly renovated and beautiful but the best part is the caring staff. They all take good care of my mom and make Washington Pointe a warm, happy and safe environment. They are eager to please and will do whatever it takes to fulfill a request. Nursing care is attentive and caring. Dining room is staffed with the nicest waiters and staff and food is very good. All the residents are friendly and inviting. There are a great variety of activities for both residents and fun family get togethers to get involved. My mom is very happy here and has recommended this “home away from home” to friends who have moved in and also love it here.
