Walker Place is a vibrant Assisted Living community located in Shelbyville, Indiana. We offer compassionate care in a home-like setting conveniently located across the street from the Intelliplex Medical Center. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available onsite to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.

I am living the fact that the place looks so much cleaner then what it has in the past as I was walking to leave I ran into the housekeeper named Amber . I stopped to thank her for all her hard work and told her I noticed that the place was looking so much cleaner then it has in the past and that her and her crew should keep it up. She told me it wasn't anything she was just doing her job but I can tell she is someone who is going above and beyond for our loved ones there so im given that woman a shout out and a hugh thank you to miss Amber for keeping the residents rooms and common areas so clean and fresh smelling.

This is a perfect place for your loved one to call home with friendly, attentive, and hard working staff especially Amber the new house keeper as the building is so very well kept at all times she definitely doesn't cut corners and takes environmental services seriously. Walker place is a win in my book.

This place is a joke the New director seemed nice when we first met her but that changed quickly. They charge these residents thousands of dollars to live there but gives them 6 dollars a day to eat and expects it to be a 5 star meal. We are looking to move our aunt as soon as possible.
