RUN RUN RUN far away from this horrible place! These people can careless about your family members. They lie about controlled substance just to get more money! The maintenance men are freaking ridiculous , they take packages for days and don’t give to patients almost as if they check what’s in there, plus they had the nerve to tell my father to cancel the power of attorney we have so we don’t have say, what kind of horrid company can careless about the frailty of these people. The food is crap, cold, and often the same thing. The coffee if always cold ( unless you have a schedule visit). The ceilings are crumbling. The ac and heat never work. This year has been so cold (2026) no heat in the mornings! They have went behind my back and used their own pharmacy to get meds for my father then charged me later. He has VA he don’t need a pharmacy that charges ridiculous amounts for meds that should have never been ordered! Crooks! Greed and everything in between! They play a great front just pop up sometime unannounced. Haircuts for a man 40$ diapers are 60$. Housekeeping was crap all the sheets he had were destroyed. Now after we moved him out they want to charge for meds they aren’t giving, a parking spot he hasn’t used in a couple months and renters insurance. Let’s not forget the 3000$ deposit these crooks get before moving in! You can find better trust me! They are going to write back with apologies and trying to make things right or say something about us so you don’t believe. Just trust me there are better places that will care for your loved one! PS all the good reviews comes from them asking for it right there when you sign up so you don’t have a chance to say otherwise! Review a month or 2 after. Take a look at all my reviews I don’t usually do bad reviews unless it’s warranted. Just saying.

My Dearest Aunt is a resident here. This past week, I brought her brother (my Dad) to see her. The staff at this facility are thr nicest people. They arranged for us to have a private area to visit and share a family style meal. We were all so taken aback by the unexpected kindness we were shown. The staff here gets it. They Know how special these folks are to the ones who love them. I left with no angst over her wellbeing. Thank you to all who helped make my Aunts 90th birthday family visit one of the best times our family has enjoyed together in some time. So many thanks!

First day here and everyone is so welcoming. From the top administrators to the waitstaff. Compared to another assisted living community Vitality is 10,000 times better. Thank you everyone who has made my friend Terri comfortable

My parents lived in this complex for over five years. The staff cares about the residents and treats them like family. The buildings are always clean and well maintained.
