I highly recommend Vitality Living. It's beautiful, clean and comfortable. The residents are lovely and treated well. It didn't take long before my dad referred to it as home. The staff is amazing! Responsive, caring and always smiling. Our family is grateful to have found the wonderful people at Vitality.

As a business partner of Vitality Spring Hill, I recommend this community to anyone in need of assisted living. They have options for independent living, assisted living and memory care. Danielle and Windy in sales are such sweet hearts and transparent. Steph (culinary director) makes the best food and truly listens to the residents feedback during her monthly meetings and ensures they feel heard. The pool is the BEST spot to hang out during a sunny day- my personal fave. The staff are all amazing- from every department. Kim (ED) and Denise (AED) ensure their residents are happy and feel at home. Highly recommend.

My experience here has not been what I thought and/or expected mostly with my mother moving into the Memory Care section. I have met excellent staff....especially my curly haired girl...however the leader/manager Melanie is horrific on all levels... Just because it is memory care does not allow for unallowable events to take place. For the money the families pay for their loved ones....you should really ask what it goes to....I still dont know...but will push, email, make calls to the highest levels and platforms to find out.

Talked to Jaden re one of their buses, which turned out to be a bus from the Hudson facility. She could not answer the simplest of questions and was very UNhelful, don’t understand why she behaved like that. Maybe she just had a bad day…
