My father has been in the Memory Care area here for almost two years and I can't say enough about the excellent care he has received. Besides the great amenities, the staff and their attention to the residents, the effort to keep them safe, fed well, and entertained is excellent. During the 2024 hurricanes and a mandatory evacuation, they handled the evacuation with safety and expediency. I did not have to add worrying about my father's well being during that time. They were moved to a secure safe location with a 24 hr hotline to check on their well being. Staff members accompanied the residents, taking them away from their families and homes during that time. Outstanding! Meals are pretty tasty and well rounded with many options. Price is reasonable for the area - since I researched every assisted living facility in three counties. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs their services personally or for a loved one. Check them out!

We chose another facility as it was closer for us to visit our mother, but I have to say, this place was lovely. It was clean, felt cozy, and the staff we interacted with were absolutely wonderful. If it weren't farther from us than the facility we chose we would have absolutely picked this one for our mom. Michelle was super eager to answer any questions we had and made us feel welcome, in addition to all the other staff.

I’ve just returned from visiting my mother who is 103 and is very well cared for at Vitality Baypoint Village. The staff is kind, attentive and caring and they make her feel as special as she is! I’m grateful for all they do for my mother. 💕🙏

I want to share a few pictures of our celebrations. Everything was created by our Engaged Life Director , Melinda Oliver and he staff. They have went above and beyond to make sure our residents are pampered during the Pandemic. Keep up the good work.
