Vitality Court Texas Star Senior Living

Vitality Court has been a wonderful new home for our father. The grounds and facilities are maintained beautifully. We love to sit with him outside by the pond or take a stroll through the halls. He also has several sitting areas near his room to enjoy the incoming light. There are always activities for him to participate in and lovely people to dine with. The staff are so very helpful and kind. It’s is very apparent that they love the residents and work very hard to get to know them personally. We are so thankful we found Vitality Court for this season of our father’s life. Highly recommend!!

Our dad has lived in Vitality Court for almost three years now and every time we walk in (which is a lot), it feels like home. The staff always makes us feel welcome and they treat us and dad like family. The facility is clean, bright, and thoughtfully laid out. It doesn't feel cold or clinical—more like a cozy community. The rooms are a great size, and everything seems well taken care of. There are plenty of spots for residents to relax, chat, or just enjoy some quiet time. Honestly, the staff is what makes this place special. Everyone we’ve met has been friendly, caring, and super patient. They seem to really know the residents and treat them like family. It's clear they actually care and aren't just “doing a job.” The food is surprisingly good. There are multiple options at meals, and they try to cater to everyone’s preferences and dietary needs. Most importantly, we have peace of mind. We know our dad is in good hands, is being treated with kindness, and is surrounded by people who truly care. That kind of reassurance is priceless.

I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at this retirement community where my mom lives. The food is absolutely unacceptable. Several times it’s been served with black and brown hairs in it, and the portions are so small that residents often leave meals still hungry. The kitchen and staff are also very rude and dismissive when concerns are brought up, showing no respect or care for the residents. It’s heartbreaking to see our loved ones treated this way. This place seriously needs new management and higher standards for food safety and staff professionalism.

I'm not going to paint the picture that my Mom is sweet and easy to work with. She is not! For this reason, we needed a facility to understand and work with us for her best care. Starting from our first visit, Vitality was impressive. We were able to get Mom moved in and transitioned easily. She has now been there over a year, and we have had ZERO incidents with Vitality. My Mom is another story! They have been consistent in their care and concern for her health, as well as checking in on her when she fails to show up for dinner or activities. Having a medical team on staff is a true asset and helps us understand her medications and adjustments more fully. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend this facility!
