The community comprises 128 apartments for adults 55 and over — including studio apartments, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, and a variety of floor plans. Vista Park Retirement is all-inclusive, providing five-star services on a month-to-month basis. A single monthly charge includes all services, utilities, phone, cable, and internet.
Spacious common areas feature a 150-seat state-of-the-art theater, library, billiards and game room, conversation areas with fireplaces, concierge lounge with bar, flat-screen TV, game tables, superb fitness and exercise room facilities, spa area, laundry facility, and business center.
Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Vista Park Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.

When my mom passed away, my dad was in a 3 bedroom house alone. He was taking falls on a regular basis, It was time for dad to move, not into assisted living but independent living. I stopped by and was immediately impressed! Wendy Basil immediately impressed me. This was definitely the place my dad needed to be. I had looked into 2 other places but never visited them. I took my dad on a tour and he was sold immediately as well. He is monitored for falls, he is given 3 meals a day, a 24 hour pantry is available, 24 hour ice cream and the managers, Tylyn and Tad Weight are a hands on management team. They run an amazing facility. There are several activities, a great activities schedule m, bus for appointments (all included in the rate) and a beautiful pool, putting green and the views of the mountains and strip are fantastic. This was definitely the place for my dad, love the staff, definitely quality employees! Best of all, relatives and friends are welcome to join any meal for a very reasonable fee.

Excellent community. New spacious units, pet friendly and helpful competent managers and staff. I have been here one year and I've met dozens of neighbors whom all enjoy the many activities and outings provided. It is also located in a nice residential neighborhood.

Good overall - better than most other communities of this type, with costs on the lower side. Food has improved a lot with all new chef's lately. Isn't really "all inclusive" for cleaning or maintenance.

Not clean, not friendly, my mom end of days was pure neglected, only hospice was competent and compassionate
