Vintage Woods Senior Apartments

We were searching for a place to live for my mom . Came across these apartment. Went in and thankfully had a great experience. All of questions and concerns were answered . Office people were very polite . Walked around the building and everything seems great . We appreciate their time . Unfortunately my mom needs more accommodations and we understood this was a non assisting apartment’s or it would have been our choice .

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This property does not provide a good place to live and does not care about disabled people living in this community. My father is disabled and I am his caregiver. We use his parking spot in order for me to provide care, take him to appointments, the grocery store etc. I am there multiple times a day, and yet they gave away his parking space without ANY notification to him or I about the reassignment. Their response? "We don't have enough parking for our residents, and people have been waiting years to have a parking space. There's nothing we can do." So even though my father is disabled and had his spot for 5+ years, he has his space revoked without any notification. 2. Their gates are always broken, so even though it is gated, it doesn't provide any reassurance. My father's car has been broken into in this complex and there are no security cameras. So we received no help in figuring out who/how/when broke into his car. 3. They raise the rent each year more than what SSA gives for inflation, so if you are looking to live here on a fixed income, know that each year you will have less and less money and will have to give them more and more.

Maintenance crew fantastic. No security no exercise room raise rent at will. Had my pet dies and they refused to return my deposit. Apts are nice sized but management is much more interested in money than they are about their senior tenants. Apt management is fine it's corporate where the problem lies.

This apartment complex is very mismanaged. They say it's a Non Smoking complex, yet there are multiple tenants that have lived there many years that are allowed to smoke in their apartment with nothing said or done. While we lived there we made multiple complaints about the problem and nothing was ever done. They also have a homeless problem that takes for ever to fix. One tenant has been allowed to bring the homeless in as guests and stay at the apartment. The tenant has also been allowed to give his gate key to them to let their self in when needed. There also seems to be a lot of favoritism. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
