Vintage Woods Senior Apartments

This apartment complex is very mismanaged. They say it's a Non Smoking complex, yet there are multiple tenants that have lived there many years that are allowed to smoke in their apartment with nothing said or done. While we lived there we made multiple complaints about the problem and nothing was ever done. They also have a homeless problem that takes for ever to fix. One tenant has been allowed to bring the homeless in as guests and stay at the apartment. The tenant has also been allowed to give his gate key to them to let their self in when needed. There also seems to be a lot of favoritism. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

The management and neighbors have been very friendly and helpful, there is a sense of caring as this is a very nice complex, well kept, any maintenance issue resolved quickly. A nice, quiet place to live.

I've been here a year now & this place has the best management i've ever had in any Apt. complex. "It's true" they keep this place running smoothly. If you have any problems just call the office & they will promptly help you.The grounds are very well maintained & clean. And so is the Laundry room. It only costs $1.25 to wash & $1 to dry. And every load I've had has dried without adding more quarters. The only problem is 2 machines keep eating quarters. You can call the manager & she'll give you the number to call to get your money back. And the only other thing is that they have several inspections every year. I wish they could consolidate them so there would be less. I've never had any problems like attempted break ins here. But I still would like a 2nd lock on my front door for me to feel safer. Other than that the maintenance is quick to do repairs. The people here are very friendly & it's the quietest place I've ever lived.They have several activities residences can do in the club house weekdays. They have rides to the store & food truck occasionally. All in all It's a good place to live. God Bless You!

Beautiful place to live for seniors. Outside the gate is a nice shopping center and close to many places to shop. Office staff quickly responds to work orders for your very nice apartment, is well maintained. The upkeep is of a high quality standard. Professional maintenance personal, nice clean swimming pool with Jaccuzi. Water aerobic classes, bingo and activities in the club house. Gated community is quiet, security at night, patio or balcony to enjoy on your patio furniture. Lovely neighborhood. Any senior would love to live here and family would feel secure their senior citizen is in a good .. May I add friendly neighbors
