Our property manager is awesome and very kind her name is Lanai. Every time I see her she waves with a smile and she's very good at her job and LISTENS to my request and trys her best! Best property manager I've ever had!

I love this facility. The management is conscientious, kind, and caring. Trying, always to be helpful in solving the resident’s problems / and or, needs.Our monthly activities are a lot of fun! The new maintance man is “on it” getting everything done. He is also friendly and engaging with the residence. Thank you Vintage Square.

Our Community Manager Lanai is by far the Best Manager we have ever known. She is such Professional!! She takes the time to listen and help with what ever the situation is. She Always Smiles and greets you by name, she really makes this a Better place!! I'm grateful we have her!! she is definitely a Five Star!!

This place is still listed as "affordable housing"; however, when I went to inquire, they stated that they no longer stand by those guidelines and the smallest-size apartments (
